We regret to inform you we are not responsible for parcels that are damaged during transit. There is no compensation for standard shipping in case of the lost.
The packages of failed delivery will not be returned to us instead of our shipping agency at local. The shipping agency will not provide delivery service for returned packages. Due to the influence of Coronavirus, our shipments have been delayed with reduction of flights. We will try our best to ship your order as soon as possible, however it is unavoidable that it will take longer time than usual delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Please Note: We ONLY sell designer brands. Once you receive an order confirmation email, it means we have stock currently or we can arrange your order later. We might not be able to update the stock information right away when the product is sold out. If that is the case, we will cancel your order. No payments will be captured in this case. If you were still interested in this product, please contact us for restock.
The Pre-order products can not be shipped out immediately. When you placed the order, we assume you agree to wait for up to 1.5 months. The same rule applies to the Handmade products. The production period or processing time varies, we will provide the reference time at the product description.

Can I track my orders?
Sure. Once we ship out your order, you will get a shipment email immediately.
For US Customers ONLY: We will provide the tracking number of your package once it is shipped out. But the tracking updates are not available until your package arrives the country of destination if you select standard shipping.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you've received your item(s) as according to the tracking information, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have original brand tags in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons or fit issues.
We didn't provide try-on service for free, so you are responsible for selecting the correct size. Size charts are available for each product with the exception of one size fits all items. In the event you do receive the incorrect size you are required to send us a photo of the label and we will match it with your order. Please contact us if you ever need help with sizing. We do not issue refunds if you order the incorrect size.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or order confirmation. Please do not send your purchase back to the sender address. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for returns instructions. Once you are informed about the return address, please ship out your package as soon as possible. If we do not receive your package within 30 days, we can not process your returns anymore.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note there is a transaction fee (3.1% of original payment, may vary in banks, credit cards, and your original payment methods) that will be deducted from your refund. The refund amount does not include the shipping fee and costs associated with returns.Some banks/credit card companies require up to 10 days to process refunds but the majority of the time you should receive your funds in a shorter time period. Our policy allows customers to cancel their orders within 12 hours. If you apply for cancellation within 12 hours since your order was placed, you’ll receive a full refund of the original payment. Once we started to process your order or your package has departed its original shipping location, we are no longer able to cancel, refund or update your order. In another case, your cancellation will automatically enter in the refund process then.
Therefore, any cancellations that occurred after 12 hours since the order was placed will be charged a transaction fee ( 2.9%+0.3; It may vary in currencies, banks, credit cards, and your original payment methods ).
You are responsible for reading the product descriptions carefully before placing the order. We'll automatically cancel the items that are out of stock or sold out in your order and refund the money back to the original payment method. For overseas customers, we won't provide regional tracking information until your package arrived at the international transfer point.

To return your product, you must email us at email@example.com to arrange for shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Since you are informed about the return address, please ship out your package as soon as possible. If we do not receive your package within one month, we can not process your returns anymore.
